Situated in Millcreek, a little south of Salt Lake City, UT, you’ll find our hospital complex. The hospital and its connected Medical Offices came to life in 1991. An extension to the premises was established in 2022. Since their inception in 1991, we have just freshly painted a part of the complex that had remained untouched.

Condition of Facility:
Located in Millcreek, UT, this hospital complex was constructed initially in 1991. Since its founding, it hasn’t witnessed any repainting efforts.
Project Involvement:
Initially, the stucco exterior required power washing. Certain areas necessitated the use of scaffolding due to the limitation of the boom lift. We saw the need to set up scaffolding on three sides of the northwest edifice within this project.
The erected scaffolding stayed on the premises for 11 days, with 5 days for installation, 2 days for the tasks to be carried, and another 4 days for dismantling. It reached the towering height of 78 feet, extending over some sections of the structure to guarantee access for painting.
As the painting work progressed, we maneuvered around an active emergency room entrance, guiding both pedestrian and vehicular traffic to prevent any mishaps.
Special Challenges:
It was a demanding task to operate in a bustling and traffic-laden setting that never sleeps – operating round-the-clock.
During the paint job, we navigated the challenge of working alongside a busy emergency room entrance, ensuring all pedestrian and vehicular traffic was redirected to prevent any mishaps.
