The Problem to Be Solved:
A homeowner in the Miller Beach neighborhood in Gary, IN, hired us in November 2024 to update the exterior of their house. The house required significant restoration due to water damage behind the EIFS. The building also showed signs of mold, mildew, and faded paint, impacting its appearance and structural integrity.

The Solution:
Our team partnered with an EIFS subcontractor to address the extensive damage. The project involved removing and replacing the damaged EIFS, performing detailed repairs, surface preparation, and applying specialty caulking and paint. Scaffolding was used to safely access all areas of the building’s exterior, ensuring thorough and efficient completion of the work.

The process took two weeks to accommodate the demolition and repairs by the EIFS subcontractor before our team could proceed with painting and final touches.

The Final Result:
The house was completely revitalized, featuring a fresh, durable, and professional finish. With the EIFS damage resolved and protective measures in place, the building is now visually appealing and better equipped to withstand future environmental challenges. The client was thrilled with the transformation and the attention to detail throughout the project.

I really enjoyed being able to solve this customer's needs by including EIFS replacement and repair instead of referring them to another contractor... We ran into some problems when we found out that some of the EIFS needed to be replaced entirely but our EIFS contractor was able to resolve the problem. Due to that there was some minor delays, but it all worked out and looks great! Customer really loved how it turned out. This nice area in Miller Beach has a new looking home now!
