Terms and Conditions

• CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana must complete the project.
• Have your friend call us at 219-364-6083, or email us at [email protected] or fill out the form above to submit your name as a referral.
• You do not have to be a customer of CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana to be eligible for this program.
• The program applies to both residential projects only.
• You may not refer yourself.
• Only one referral per address.
• CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana will verify status regarding referral (previous customers cannot be recipients of referral).
• CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana has the right to verify and disclose referral/referee information.
• The referral recipient must schedule an estimate within 30 days of referral to qualify.
• The customer must state you referred them prior to or at the estimate appointment (must be a new customer).
• Please allow 30 days after a customer’s project has been completed and paid in full before the $50 gift card is sent to you.
• Referral entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible, and CertaPro Painters of Northwest Indiana reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time, without notice, and to disqualify any entry in good faith.
• The referral reward program is effective on projects completed on or after December 1, 2023.
• Liability for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply to referral fees paid to you are your responsibility. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service.
