Church Building Painters in North Miami

Conditions:

After many years of use, the original wood sash windows were in serious decline, with extensive peeling paint, and in some cases, needing to be replaced. And, the original limestone on the building had succumbed to dirt, grime and mildew that had accumulated over decades.

Challenges:

The work required intensive preparation that included pressure washing, masonry patching, masking, and caulking around windows and doors to seal out moisture and draft.

Project Involvement:

Located in Miami Beach, St. Johns by the lake has a proud history on Miami Beach since 1924.

Looking to update its look, St. Johns on the Lake Church contacted CertaPro Painters of North Miami to help them with their exterior project which included a Color Consultation to pick the final colors.

Special Challenges:

This project requires careful planning, equipment staging and skillful work. Painters required an operated lift to complete the exterior paint job.
