Commercial Painting Project
CertaPro Painters was contacted by BPL Plasma of San Marcos to paint the exterior of the property to match the corporate color scheme.The work was completed over four days. In order to manage tenant and customer foot traffic, some work was completed at night.
About the Project
THE COLOR:
Their marketing department provided the corporate color scheme from the Pantone Color Palette. We had the colors matched into Sherwin Williams paints and provided a sample for approval. The design presented added two horizontal accent stripes over the base color.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
Our crew thoroughly cleaned the substrates, removed peeling paint and rust from the metal handrails, and fill holes and cracks in the tilt wall. Overhead doors were primed with Sherwin Williams Pro-Cryl Universal Acrylic Primer to seal the weathered doors and provide adhesion for the topcoat. The stone aggregate band at the top of the building was primed with Sherwin Williams Extreme Bond Primer.
