Office Building in Cypress, TX
CertaPro Painters of Missouri City was contracted to help with a large exterior painting project at an office building located in Cypress, Texas. The scope of the project included exterior paint for 6,000 square feet of stucco and several metal awnings. An active dental office was open throughout the duration of the project and with open communication, the disruption to the tenant was minimized.
Prior to painting the stucco a number of repairs were made to the building where the substrate was damaged by prior tenant signs. In addition, in spots, the lath underneath the substrate was rusted through and needed to be replaced. Metal awnings were a challenge and needed a thorough cleaning, a specific industrial paint and paint was applied at sunset to prevent heat-related flashing.
