The Hampton at Meadows Place, TX
CertaPro Painters of Missouri City was contracted to help with a large interior painting project for an assisted living facility located in Meadows Place, Texas. The scope of the project included interior paint for 12,000 square feet of walls, doors, and trim. The project took one week to complete and all work was done during the week between the hours of 9:00 and 4:30 due to privacy concerns.
CertaPro Painters of Missouri City worked closely with management to teach advice and help choose the ideal paint for the project. Some residents have pulmonary issues and choosing paints that do not have odors or VOCs is the primary motivator in making the decision to use a water-based urethane on the trim and a zero VOC latex on the walls.
