Showing Appreciation!

This past weekend, we spent a day celebrating our incredible painting team. We took a step back from the job sites, the schedules, and the deadlines to recognize the people who make it all possible – our painters!

We gathered at Captree State Park for a day dedicated entirely to them. The morning kicked off with good food, games, and prizes, giving everyone a chance to relax, laugh, and enjoy each other’s company outside of work. From there, we headed out on a fishing charter together, spending the afternoon out on the water, trading stories, and just enjoying each other’s company away from the daily grind.

It was the kind of day that reminded all of us why we love what we do.

Our painters are the backbone of this business. Each day, they show up with skill, discipline, and genuine pride in their craft. They’re the ones on the ladders and scaffolding, mixing colors, cutting clean lines, and paying attention to the small details that most people will never notice. They’re the reason our customers trust us with their homes and businesses, and the reason we’ve been able to grow year after year.

It’s easy for hard work to go unnoticed when it happens behind the scenes, job after job, week after week. That’s exactly why a day like this matters so much to us. It’s our way of saying we see you, we appreciate you, and none of this happens without you.
