Vienna Exterior Painting Case Study

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT

In October of 2025, CertaPro Painters® of Maine completed a residential exterior painting project for a lakefront property in Vienna. This home had been passed down through generations and was showing clear signs of wear, including visible exterior damage. Our goal was to restore the property’s appearance, complete light repairs, and provide a fresh new paint finish.

The scope of work included exterior preparation, painting, and light carpentry repairs.

CHALLENGES

One of the main challenges of this project was selecting the right color scheme. Multiple color samples were needed to ensure the homeowner was happy with the final choice. We worked closely with the client to transition the exterior from a plain beige color to a darker blue finish that better matched their vision.

PROJECT TIMELINE

The project was completed in approximately two weeks.

FINAL RESULTS
