Living Space Painting Project in Gorham

In February 2024, CertaPro Painters® of Maine was contracted to repaint the open-concept living area of a residential home in Gorham, ME. While the condition of the walls was generally good, minor repairs were needed, including filling small dents, dings, and nail holes, as well as re-taping and mudding a couple of seams. The scope of the project was straightforward, involving drywall touch-ups, priming, and painting of both walls and ceilings.

The primary challenge was the significant color change from a dark blue to a light white. To ensure full coverage, a blocking primer was necessary to prevent the previous color from showing through. Our team was meticulous with both priming and painting to achieve the desired finish.

This project was completed in 2 days. The new coat brightened the room and provided a fresh, clean finish. View the before and after photos down below!
