Exterior House Painting in Falmouth, Maine

In a project spanning June for approximately 5-6 days, CertaPro Painters took on the challenge of transforming the exterior of a home. The work involved removing clapboards from the Front Peak above the garage and three dormer faces, with eastern white cedar shakes installed in their place and treated with a clear sealer. The solid surface condition at the project’s start allowed for the execution of extreme color changes and carpentry modifications as per the customer’s preferences. To achieve the transformation, extensive preparation, including pressure washing, scraping, sanding, carpentry work, and painting, was carried out. Ensuring proper coverage was crucial during the painting phase, as the transition from dark gray to bright white demanded impeccable execution to prevent any bleed-through issues. The end result showcased a stunning exterior that left the customer delighted with the outcome.
