Custom Wallpaper Installation Project

In March 2024, CertaPro Painters® of Maine completed a custom interior wallpaper installation for a client in Bridgton, Maine. The walls were in good condition, but to ensure a flawless finish, our team carefully prepped the surfaces by cleaning off dust and contaminants, lightly scuff sanding, and applying a bonding primer to guarantee proper adhesion of both the wallpaper and glue. Precision was key with the adhesive application—too little would prevent adhesion, while too much could cause visible lumps.

One of the challenges of this project was the intricate nature of the wallpaper itself. Aligning patterns and ensuring consistency can be tricky, but our experienced team navigated this with skill and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless finish.

This project was completed in 3 days, and the customer was thrilled with how the new forest-themed wallpaper transformed the room. Check out the results!
