RESIDENTIAL PROJECT IN PORTLAND

CertaPro Painters® of Maine was contacted in July 2020 to complete a residential project in Portland. The house was in relatively good shape at the start, however the customer moved into the home recently and did not like the color of the exterior. They decided to invest in a color change for the home and set up an appointment with our team.

The home has a siding exterior, which can be painted successfully with the right prep work and application equipment. 2 Coats of paint were applied to both the siding and trim on the house, for optimal coverage when changing colors.

There were sections of the home over 30 feet high, we were able to get these painted by using a 40 foot ladder.

BEFORE PHOTOS

Before the project was restarted, CertaPro Painters® took pictures of the areas they would be improving. Sections of the exterior paint were incomplete or altogether unfinished, revealing an unattractive finish to the home.
