Amanda joined CertaPro Painters in May 2025 as our Production Scheduler, bringing her terrific background in entrepreneurship, hospitality, and customer service. She previously co-owned a painting company of her own for several years, finds time to operate a custom cake business, supplying local restaurants and coffee shops with incredible desserts, and has held leadership positions ranging from event planner and banquet captain at a large hotel, to barnyard supervisor at Smiling Hill Farm, to service writer in automotive garages. These roles have sharpened her ability to plan, organize, and problem-solve under pressure, skills she draws on daily to keep projects running smoothly. A South Portland native, Amanda is known for her great planning, resourcefulness, thoughtfulness, and compassion, especially for animals, whether rescuing them from unfortunate situations, volunteering at different organizations, caring for them professionally, or as the neighborhood go-to for pet and plant sitting. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, quiet mornings in her backyard with her boyfriend and a cup of coffee, and the occasional hard rock show to mix things up.
