Welcome Back Teunis! Our New Commercial Sales Manager

Teunis has paint running through his veins! Born and raised in the Portland area, Teunis started working in the painting industry in high school. At first, he was just prepping job sites, but thanks to his hard work and determination, he eventually became a Lead Estimator and Project Manager.
After a brief hiatus, Teunis has returned to our team at CertaPro Painters® of Maine. From 2013-2018, Teunis was one of our Residential Sales Associates. Now, he is our Commercial Sales Manager, helping out with Residential Sales, too.
In Teunis’s first two years as a Residential Sales Associate, he earned back-to-back awards for the Northeast Region’s Residential Sales Associate of the Year. After that, he continued to rank nationally as one of the franchise’s top ten Residential Sales Associates.
Some of the exciting new commercial projects Teunis is working on include the following:
- Full interior repaint of a major car dealership service garage to brighten the work area
- Offseason repaint of premier beachfront hotel rooms
- Industrial floor coating for a major part distributor
- And much, much more.
When Teunis is not thinking about all things paint, he focuses on his two children. They love to spend time outside together, hiking, fishing for striped bass, snowboarding, and following their yellow lab Loki on wilderness adventures.
We are excited to welcome Teunis back to the CertaPro Painters® Family and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes as our Commercial Sales Manager.
