Commercial Painting Project in Westbrook, ME

Our painters were recently called out to a housing complex in the Westbrook, ME service area for an extensive painting project in December of 2020. This 6 building, 42 unit complex was in great need of some repairs. Older dark stain needed refinished at the property, and many cedar shakes had to be replaced due to bird and insect damage.

This project involved replacing and repairing damage from various birds and insects. Our team of painting contractors had to plan the work around several tenants. Due to this project being scheduled late in the season, we were only able to replace some of the cedar shakes that needed fixed. This job took 2 days to complete.

During this commercial project, we only needed to use ladders and other basic carpentry tools. Our painters will be returning to the property to repair the other 5 buildings in the following months. The housing complex owners were very happy with the professional quality of our work on this project.
