About the Home
In June of 2021 our painting contractors were called out to this condo in the Brunswick, ME community for a color change project. Over the course of a four days we were able to completely transform the interior and add an instant boost to the homeowner’s bottom line.
The interior was in decent condition, but the customer wanted to prepare the home to go up for sale and was not fond of the interior color. She wanted to change the color scheme completely for a more neutral style. This residential painting project involved light drywall repair, & painting of walls. Primer was used on the walls to hide stains, and cover green color. Our team used ladders for the tall areas of the walls where living room leads to the loft area.
