Exterior Overhaul for a Cape Elizabeth Home
CertaPro Painters® of Maine was recently hired to strip and paint the exterior of a home in Cape Elizabeth. This home has been owned by the homeowners for many years, and they wanted something new without going through the challenges of buying a new home and moving. The homeowners requested a free estimate on exterior painting, so our Residential Sales Associate went out to their home to assess the work needed to achieve their desired results. Below is the case study of this exterior painting project to show how our team took a home that was showing its age and made it look brand new once again.
About the Project
As you will see in the before photos below, this home in Cape Elizabeth was in dire need of painting services. The homeowners understood they waited a bit too long, but the exterior’s condition was no match for our team of experienced professional house painters.
PROJECT DETAILS
The homeowners requested that the left side of the home be scraped and repainted. The left side endured more damage than the right side due to the weather having more of an effect on that side of the house (i.e. the sun sets on that side).
Our professional painters are experienced in more than just painting. They can also strip painted exteriors, including vinyl, aluminum, wood, etc. As you can see in the below after photos, they did this very well and quickly to meet the demands and expectations of the customer.
PROJECT TIMELINE
During the free estimate for the painting service, our Residential Sales Associate provides a timeline including the day and time the project will begin. We are committed to making sure our team sticks to the project timeline. We were successful in doing this for this project and our painters were able to complete the exterior stripping and painting in just two days.
