RESIDENTIAL PROJECT IN KENNEBUNK
CertaPro Painters® of Maine was contacted in October 2020 to complete a residential project in Kennebunk. The home was left unfinished by a previous contractor who refused to return and finish the job. CertaPro’s professionals were tasked in refinishing the 3rd floor dormer and front porch, along with adding touch-ups to the prior painting efforts.
Unique projects like this one have their own set of hurdles. The abandoned labor required a meticulous approach, ensuring a uniform and professional finish to the home’s exterior. The height of the building also presented problem requiring a man lift to reach the high and hard-to-reach areas. Lastly, there was a slight time crunch in order to complete work on the home before winter, which CertaPro’s team was successful in accomplishing.
BEFORE PHOTOS
Before the project was restarted, CertaPro Painters® took pictures of the areas they would be improving. Sections of the exterior paint were incomplete or altogether unfinished, revealing an unattractive finish to the home.
Unfinished Dormer Painting
The dormer was in need of a full repaint to add a uniform look with other refinished sections.
Worn Siding
The siding of the home required a multitude of touchups to improve upon its previous appearance.

When the project was completed, CertaPro Painters® gathered images of the finished home painting and the improvements made by the team.
