The Base Renovation in Jeffersontown, KY
In April 2024, The Base in Jeffersontown hired us to transform the exterior of their establishment. Before starting, this location was a little run down, dated, and a little worn out.
This project required power washing, spot priming, and two finish coats to achieve a flat black appearance. Our team embraced the challenge and carefully handled the elements. Considering the season’s impact on temperature and rainfall, timing played a crucial role in achieving our desired outcome: a sleek flat black finish. To achieve this, we prepped the surface by washing and priming with KemKromik, followed by the application of two coats of Superpaint in Flat Tricorn Black. The project didn’t require any special equipment or techniques, just knowledge of products to achieve a flat black finish.
In 4 days, we refreshed this building and made it even more beautiful! Besides the building looking great, the customer is looking forward to its grand opening. Ultimately, we’ve added another satisfied customer to our list! Check out the transformation below.
