Commercial Southern Baptist Theological Seminary Case Study

In June 2024, we were asked to renovate the interior of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. The project originally had a very old ceiling tile attached. The before picture is actually the ceiling after the tile had been removed.

This project involved attaching new drywall, prepping, skimming, sanding, re-skimming, sanding, priming and painting. Our team was up for the challenge even though this project was completed in someone’s pre-existing office with two complete walls of shelving & books.

It took 3 days of patience and planning but, the customer was pleased and happy with Southern Baptist Theological Seminary’s transformation ever since! See the transformation below.
