Red Roof Inn Refresh in Louisville, KY

In late September 2023, Red Roof Inn in Louisville hired us to transform the exterior of their facility. Before starting, there was weathering, paint was fading, and the wood railing was falling apart in some places. Exterior insulation and finish systems were needed to repair one whole side of the building.

For this project, we had to use a scissor lift, power washer, ladders, hand drills, carpentry, and use major exterior insulation and repairs across the side of the building. This project involved painting, carpentry on the handrail, siding on all four corners of the building, soffit repair, door repairs, stucco repair, and eifs repair. Our team was up for the challenge and worked with the elements. We used the scissor lift in order to reach high spots given the vast size of the project. We also repaired parts of the wood where it was rotting on the railing for both the stairs and the main handrail.

Just over a month, we refreshed this building and made it even more alluring! The project included caulking or re-caulking in places where caulk is failing, and stucco repair. The ceilings, windows, and fascia were all painted. There was also a major eifs repair across one whole side of the building. The eifs repair took a whole week on its own. Colors used in this project include Sun Dried Tomato, Suede Gray, Burnished Clay, Tricorn Black, Sonic Silver, as well as Ultra Max White Primer. Another delighted customer!
