Multi Location Restaurant Painting Overview
For the past few years We have been proudly providing painting services for Chili’s restaurants in the Southern California Region. This project involves maintaining the exterior of around 45 locations with painting services. Each project involves a sign refresh and painting areas around or behind the sign to improve the overall appearance from the street. We use specific types of paint on these buildings that are designed to better resist the elements, these paints are better at resisting both direct sun and rain and weather. The paint colors on the building were matched to brand guidelines, in some cases older color schemes were updated with new ones.
Perimeter Brick Painted
This project involved sign cleaning and painting perimeter brick a black / dark gray at the corners and along the top row of the building and walls.
Sign Maintenance
Signs like this one need periodic cleaning and touch ups on the back plate where white and black colors are used to accentuate the illuminated portions of the sign.
Exterior Painting
It's common for buildings like these to have stucco components, and curved back plates for the signs. Each of these surfaces need periodic painting.
Roadside Sign Painting
Many of these restaurants have a roadside sign mounted on a pilar or stone structure. Usually there are a few elements that need to be repainted every few years, like the top molding on this one.
Multiple Exterior Surface Types
In addition to 2 different mounted signs, this location has a 4 color scheme. Some surfaces may need repainting sooner than others. Power washing works well on the siding.
