Commercial Case Study
Problem To Be Solved:
The president of Glass Canada had decided it was time for a new look to the over 22,000 square foot (wall space) facility. Our vendor, Sherwin Williams, visited the building to make a recommendation of the paints required for the proper coverage necessary of the exterior.
As Glass Canada is a busy location with truck deliveries throughout the day, the timing needed to be coordinated to minimize impact to our customer, including weekend work.
Problem Solver Solution:
Glass Canada’s warehouse facility had begun to deteriorate and was in need of a make-over. The paint was peeling and the concrete block had begun to deteriorate. We invested approximately 80 hours of power washing and scraping to “prep” the 20’ high building for the finish coats.
Final Result:
The new colours on the building have completely transformed it! Glass Canada has added a new sign that compliments the work that was done. The project took approximately two weeks to complete due to challenging weather conditions.
