Freeway Homes Apartments

Project: Freeway Homes Apartment in Kansas City, MO reached out to us for help revamping the exterior of their apartment complex which involved wood rot replacement and painting the buildings’ exterior surfaces.

Process: Because the apartment buildings had developed wood rot, our team started the project by doing wood rot replacements. The crew properly prepped and sealed the new wood to ensure that the new pieces are long-lasting. Afterwards the team reculked surfaces and performed some minor stucco repairs. Once all areas were prepared, our crew painted the buildings’ exterior with a new color pallet to give the building a fresh new look.

Since this commercial painting project was booked late in the year and some products could only be applied in temperatures 50 degrees or higher, we used two crews to speed up the process and ensure the job be completed before the temperatures started to really drop. With two crews on-site, CertaPro Painters® of Kansas City Northland was able to complete the job within three weeks.
