Project: When was the last time you painted the exterior of your home? If it’s been more than 5 years it may be time to give your home a refresh which is exactly what we did with this home in St. Anne, IL. This home was experiencing some peeling paint and was in need of just a general refresh.

Process: To get started the CertaPro Painters® of Homewood and Kankakee County, IL team got to work power washing the surfaces. Once the area was clean all flaking paint was scraped and the team then got to work making a few light carpentry repairs wherever necessary. Following the repairs, were sanding, priming, and painting.

The size of this home and the weather conditions were the top two challenges of this project. The homeowner wanted to get this project completed before winter to ensure that their home would be protected from the winter weather.
