DO YOU HAVE ECO-FRIENDLY PAINT OPTIONS?
We offer Low and Zero VOC paints for our customers.  If you have a specific eco-friendly paint or would like options, please discuss with our salesperson at the time of estimate.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO PAINT MY HOUSE?
The cost for painting can vary depending on the size of the project and the amount of prep that needs to be done to get the surfaces ready for paint.  We offer free estimates and would be happy to discuss costs over the phone with you beforehand.  The best way to get an accurate price is to allow us to come to your home and provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate.

IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN CHANGE THE COST AFTER A CUSTOMER RECEIVES A QUOTE?
Yes, there are several things that can change the cost of the project after the quote. 1) Final color selection (for interior or exterior)- some colors will require a prime coat or even a third coat for proper coverage.  If one of these colors is selected it could change the cost of the project. 2) For interior projects- if there is wallpaper or border removal, this can change the cost of the project as we do this work at a time and materials charge rate (this will be explained more in-depth at the time of the estimate). 3) For interior projects- if we find drywall that needs to be completely replaced (and it was not identified at the estimate), this can commonly happen when there may be water damage at a property. 4) For final color selection this can change the project cost (for example if you choose to have every room having an accent wall or multiple colors for portions of the exterior) this can change the final price. 5) For exteriors- if the home or business we are working on has any amount of wood, there could be an additional charge for carpentry should that need any repairs. Our carpentry is done at a time and materials rate as well.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD PEOPLE PAINT THEIR HOMES?
This depends on a variety of factors such as type of siding, and environmental. Generally, every 5-7 years is what is recommended for exterior painting. For interior painting once again there are factors such as how much traffic and people live in the home, but to keep your walls, trim, and any painted surfaces fresh we suggest interior painting every 3-5 years.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PAINT A HOME?
This depends on the size of your project, some projects can be completed in as little as 1 day and some projects can take multiple weeks or even months. Our average job for homes in our area can most of the time be completed in 1 week at the most.

HOW WILL MY PROJECT BE MANAGED?
Your project will have one of our trained and dedicated Job Site Supervisors to do the project, they will be your point of contact from the start of the job to the end where they do a PRIDE walk, and show off your beautiful newly painted space.

CAN THE PAINTERS WORK ALONE IN MY HOUSE?
Yes, all of our painters are vetted, trained, and interviewed to show the proper respect and care of your home.  This is a personal preference of the customer we are working for but we often work in houses alone without homeowners present.

IS THERE ANYTHING THE HOMEOWNER SHOULD DO TO PREP FOR YOUR CREW TO ARRIVE?
For Interiors- We ask that any small breakable objects, anything hanging on the wall, small movable furniture items are removed from rooms we are painting in. If we are painting cabinets, please have all cabinets emptied before we arrive. If we are painting closets or pantries, please make sure those are emptied as well.

For exteriors- Please make sure any bushes, shrubs, or trees that contact painted surfaces are trimmed back so they are not in contact with painted surfaces.  Please make sure all windows and doors are closed before the power wash takes place. Please make sure that anything that may be hanging from the house is removed before painting starts.

WHAT IS YOUR CLEAN-UP PROCESS?
We do a small clean-up daily (unless otherwise instructed and agreed upon by customer) putting all our tools and materials in a designated area in the home.  At the end of each project, we will do a total cleanup.

HOW MANY PAINT COLORS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR TYPICAL PROPOSAL?
Unless otherwise specified our interior proposals include up to 1 wall color per room (up to 3 colors depending on the size of the project), 1 color for all painted trim, 1 color for the ceiling.  For exteriors- 1 color for all siding, 1 color for all trim (windows, doors, fascia, gutters, downspouts). If you would like additional colors that is not an issue there is a small cost to that sometimes, please discuss it with our estimators.
