Project: This home in Flossmor, IL was ready for a full remodel, and CertaPro Painters® of Homewood and Kankakee County, IL was excited to help. The home required drywall repair, wood filling, caulking, priming and painting.

Process: Our team first got to work by patching up the drywall, and filling in any nail holes. Once that was complete we got to work sanding the surfaces to make sure it was a smooth and even finish and worked on cleaning up any dust. Once the surface was prepped and cleaned we got to work priming and painting.

One of the main challenges with this project was working around the other contractors. With many different projects happening throughout the home, we had to be sure we stayed out of the way so that other projects could also be completed and we all stayed on schedule.

Result: Overall the project took 14 days to complete. It was awesome to see the overall transformation, and the homeowner is excited for the project to completely wrap up.
