Project: CertaPro Painters® of Homewood and Kankakee County, IL was contacted to freshen up this wonderful familys kitchen cabinets located in Dwight, IL.

Process: The kitchen cabinets were already in great condition, but the homeowner decided it was time to freshen up their space. For this project, they wanted two-toned cabinets with white on the top half and black on the bottom.

First, our team got to work by removing the cabinets and hardware. Once everything was removed we began sanding. Sanding is a time-consuming process because you need to be sure that the surface is perfectly prepped so that your paint will have something to adhere to. Once it’s complete and cleaned we began the painting process using a sprayer. A sprayer will not only help our team cut down on the time, but allows us to achieve a smooth and flawless finish.
