Proud To Support Our Veterans

CertaPro Painters of Homewood and Kankakee County, IL is honored to continuously support Project Headspace and Timing (PHAT). This organization’s mission is to “promote positive mental health practices to our nation’s veterans by working to unify them with their communities, nature, and themselves.”
PHAT started out in 2017 and by 2019 it began operating as a nonprofit organization. Their work is crucial within the community and they focus on a number of tasks including the following…
Veteran Advocacy – Connects Veterans with the appropriate team to seek help or are in need of any type of assistance
Veteran Outreach – Builds relationships with other Veterans in the area by volunteering with other organizations or participating in local activities
Veterans Village – A long-term goal to build lodging facilities for homeless veterans equipped with a treatment facility.
