Manteno Warehouse Commercial Painting & Flooring Project

Project: This Warehouse Facility was in need of some fresh paint and an update on their floor coating. CertaPro was contacted for a quick turnaround project, to get the space updated while staying on budget and working after hours to minimize disruption at the facility.

Process: CertaPro Painters^® of Homewood and Kankakee County met with the client to discuss their needs and concerns and from there began prepping the surfaces. Once all preparation was completed our team began painting the interior as well as applying the floor coatings. The CertaPro team had to work after hours so that production in the warehouse was uninterrupted. Because the breakroom floor was being painted and line stripped the team had to complete the process on the weekend to be sure it was open to employees come Monday morning.

Result: Altogether the project took 6 days to complete and met the client’s expectations while also staying on budget and keeping the warehouse operations open and running.
