Project: Drywall removal and installation can be a tedious process depending on the size and complexity of the project. That is why we suggest leaving it to the professionals! These homeowners noticed their ceiling was bowing and decided it was time to replace it.

Process: Our team at CertaPro Painters® of Homewood and Kankakee County, IL got to work removing the old drywall and installation. Once we added the new installation we began measuring the area to cut and apply the new drywall sheets. Once the sheets were up our team worked on taping and spackling.

Our team used a Festool Dustless sanding tool to help minimize the dust and make for an easier clean-up. Not only does this tool allow our team to complete the project more efficiently but it also creates a smooth and seamless finish.

Result: Overall this project took 3 days to complete and the ceiling is no longer bowing and the family is very happy with the results.
