Varies from $1,000-$30,000 depending on the size & height of home, amount of prep needed, number of coats

Our Project Minimum is $440.00.
Is there anything that can change the cost of a project after a customer receives a quote?
Color changes, additions to contract (adding of rooms, extra surfaces, etc.)
How much paint do you need to paint a home?
Varies depending on size of home and amount of coats.
When is the best time to paint?
Interior (Year around), Exterior (April thru Nov.)
How often should people paint their homes?
Interior (As much as they like, depends on condition), Exterior (Ever 6-8 years depending on wear and tear).
How long does it take to paint a home?
Depends on size (Townhome- Ext. 1-2 days, Int. 2-3 days) (Single Family- Ext. 2-5+ days, Int. 5-6 days) (depends on size of home surfaces being painted, etc.)
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured.
What licenses do you have?
We have the Maryland Home Improvement license.
How many people do you send out for each job?
We send 1-6 painters, it depends on the job size.

How will my project be managed?
On-site supervisor, visits from sales manager and production manager.

Yes limited 2 year.

Can the painters work alone in my house?
Yes, our painters our trustworthy and can work alone in your house.
How many paint colors are included in your typical proposal?
It varies from job to job, but it’s outlined clearly to the client during the estimate.
What type of paint do you use?
Primarily Sherwin Williams & Benjamin Moore, but open to customers supplying paints or any brand (NOTE: When homeowner supply paints we do not offer 2 year warranty)
Do you have eco-friendly paint options?
Yes, we have eco-friendly paint options.
Do you use any materials aside from paint?
Yes, we use Caulk, Drywall Mud, Tape, and Plastic.
What colors do you suggest for the exterior?
If you do not have a HOA, whatever the customer wants
Do you have color consultations?
Yes we have color consultations.
Are there certain color palettes you suggest for interior?
We suggest Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore palettes for interior painting.
Is there anything the homeowner should do to prep for your crew to arrive?
Will all be detail on proposal ( Remove pictures and wall decorations, Fragile objects from room, Clear out closets or cabinets (IF BEING PAINTED).
What is your clean up process?
Broom clean daily, Vacuum as needed, Full site clean up at completion of job.
What commercial properties do you work on? (Ex: schools, warehouses, etc.)
Schools, Warehouses, Hotels, Restaurants, Condo’s, Retail, Dr. Offices, Hospitality, Industrial and more
