The Sanctuary Fellowship

A Church Project in Richmond, TX
In June 2019, CertaPro Painters® of Central Fort Bend, TX was asked to assist in transforming The Sanctuary Fellowship’s interior. The property was once a large warehouse, now repurposed into a place to congregate. Joe Sanders and the administration of Sanctuary Fellowship were interested in a color change for the facility to further enhance the change.
CertaPro’s professionals helped with all facets of the project, initially moving furniture to the center of rooms before preparation and painting began. Items were removed from the walls and cracks were patched by the team. Over the next five days, the interior was painted and items were returned to their original places.

Before the project began, CertaPro Painters® took pictures of the Fellowship’s interior. The administration was interested in livening up the walls and continuing the transformation of the property.
Dull Interior Walls
The color of the interior walls needed to be livened up with new hues, moving on from its washed out look.
Worn Interior Appearance
The interior looked to be worn with its old color choices and exposed cracking in the walls.
Old Hallway Painting
The hallways shared the same drab paint coating, leaving these high traffic areas feeling dreary.
Aged Doors and Trim
The doors and trim needed a repaint to ensure a fully uniform look with the hallway walls.
THE FINAL RESULT
When the project was complete, CertaPro’s team gathered images of the interior to showcase the color change and improvements to the walls and trim. The muted tones were replaced with livelier color choices to enhance the church’s experience.
Repainted Sanctuary Walls
The walls in the sanctuary received a fresh coat of paint, brightening up the congregation area.
Common Area Transformation
Some walls received a stark color change to a teal that added a beautiful two-tone appeal to the interior.
Hallway Color Change
The hallways lost their dreary feel with a beautiful teal repaint, helping to lighten the walkways of the church.
Repainted Hallways
A crisp white was used to for portions of the hallways to enhance these high traffic areas.
