I was very pleased with the estimate procedure that Boris used and felt that the price was very fair. He and the painter, Edmond, were very friendly and courteous and knowledgable. Edmond did an excellent and fast job. As mentioned to Boris, I suggest that if a customer wants his/her entire apartment painted while living there, he/she definitely needs two days in the middle of the job to put things back and clear the next rooms for painting. Either allow a weekend or let the painter go to another job for two days. Also, the intended painter had a truck problem, creating a three day delay. I'm retired and was not unduly inconvenienced but renting a truck might be an idea where a delay creates a greater problem. Thank you.
