MBF Industries Warehouse Painting Project in Sanford, FL

The MBF Industries warehouse is approximately 20,000 square feet and is located at 210 Tech drive, in Sanford Florida. MBF Industries engineer and fabricate technical vehicles for banking, medical, broadcast product promotion, Homeland Security, and Military Industries.

CHALLENGES:
The building had a lot of paint peeling, dirt, and algae. The building had metal siding that had been previously painted as well as stucco and split-faced block. The customer wanted the building to look as good as new.

This project also required a boom lift.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
Preparation – Power washing and wire brushing off the rust.
Prime – Prime the building and paying special attention to any rusted areas. Also had to prime the split-faced block to ensure even paint coverage.
Paint – Painting of the exterior of the building, including the planters by the front door.

PROJECT TIMELINE
We completed the project in 5 days.

THE FINAL RESULTS
After completion, we walked around the building to ensure the paint job was done to the client’s liking. All concerns that were noted at the beginning of the project were addressed. The once old-looking surfaces look brand new again, just as requested.
