Our painters were recently called out to a home in the Knoxville community for an exterior painting service. The home had new owners that were looking for a paint color that matched their style. Our painters painted the home and made some minor wood repairs. You can learn more about this brick painting project below.
About the Project
Condition of Home:
20-year-old unpainted red brick home. Owners of the home has recently purchased it, and were looking to make this home their own.
Project Involvement:
The home required some minor wood repairs to the soffit and gutter boards. Once repaired, we primed and two-coated all the brick including the back retaining wall and outdoor fireplace. We also painted the front porch, columns and all doors.
Special Challenges:
Challenges to this project included weather, we had a few days of rain which can cause us to pause production.
Special Equipment or Techniques:
Special techniques included having carpenters on site to repair the damaged soffits and gutter boards.
Project Timeline:
The project took two weeks to complete.
