Ben joined the CertaPro team in early 2017 as our Residential Service Manager. He then moved into the Director of Residential Operations role in 2018 before joining the Commercial Department in 2020. In August 2021, Ben and Devin Taylor purchased the business from Jeff and Joann Brown and are now leading the best team in the country. Ben spent the previous 9 years in the hospitality industry where he gained extensive experience in customer service and management.
Ben is a Knoxville native, graduating from Knoxville Catholic High School in 2005 before attending the University of Tennessee. When not working, he likes to spend time with his wife, Anne, and their children, Hunter and Ginny. Ben also likes to play golf, travel, and spend Saturdays in the Fall cheering on the Vols!
