Introduction & Assessment

Upon assessment, it became evident that the sheer scale of the project would require meticulous planning and execution. With the center bustling with activity during daylight hours, our only window for work was after the operating hours. This meant our team had to adapt to a nocturnal schedule, working tirelessly from 9 PM to 5 AM, for eight consecutive weeks.

Navigating through the night presented its own set of challenges. However, armed with determination and expertise, our team embraced the opportunity to showcase our commitment to excellence. Despite the unconventional hours, our painters remained focused, ensuring minimal disruptions to the center’s daily operations.

Preparations & Equipment

One of the key elements that facilitated our nighttime operations was the utilization of specialized equipment. To reach the towering heights of the shopping center’s structures, we employed an 86-foot straight boom and a 45-foot articulating lift. These essential tools allowed our team to access even the most hard-to-reach areas, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive paint job.

Additionally, to illuminate our work area and ensure precision in our painting, we utilized two towering light towers. These powerful sources of light not only enhanced visibility but also added an element of safety to our nighttime endeavors.

Painting & Finishing

As the nights passed and our project progressed, the transformation of the Tanger Shopping Center became increasingly apparent. The once-faded facades of the buildings now boasted vibrant hues, breathing new life into the entire complex. The directional signs, essential for guiding shoppers, received a fresh coat of paint, enhancing both their visibility and aesthetic appeal.

Moreover, the iconic gazebo, a beloved landmark within the center, underwent a revitalization that captured the attention of all who passed by. Through meticulous attention to detail and skilled craftsmanship, we ensured that every surface received the care and attention it deserved.

The Final Results

As the two-month-long project drew to a close, the CertaPro Painters proudly stood back to admire the fruits of our labor. The Tanger Shopping Center had undergone a remarkable transformation, emerging even more vibrant and inviting than before.
