Description of Project: This beautiful 2010 home was recently purchased, and the homeowner was looking to make the house his own. The raw brick and stone exterior adds a beautiful charm but needs a little brightness to really make this home pop amongst the other homes in the neighborhood.

Project Involvement: Every element of the house’s façade received a fresh coat of paint, including the entirety of the brick exterior, the stone accents, the trim, and even the doors.

Special Challenges: While we were working on updating the home’s exterior, the homeowner was also installing a pool. Our crew had to work around this other contractor in an efficient manner so as not to disrupt them or the homeowner.

Special Techniques: Since its construction in 2010, we have undertaken significant carpentry work on the house, replacing multiple dormer pieces, fascia, and brick molds.
