In November 2021, CertaPro Painters® of East Tennessee was contacted to paint a busy outdoor shopping center, located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The shopping center included 20 different store fronts and two different levels of access. The shopping center at the time of the project start date showed failing paint and had been faded due to the elements.
This project involved painting the metal roofs, stucco, brick, man door & frames, monument sign, bollards, railing at the front of the building, beams and framing on walkway covers, rear metal platform components & rear wall of the Micro Wrestler’s building. With minimum water access, we required a water trailer to pressure wash the entire building to include the roofs. Due to the building’s sheer size, we used an 80′ articulating lift as well as a 60′ straight boom to paint the roofs, stucco, and brick surfaces.
CertaPro Painters® finished the project in 6 weeks.
