After completing a large interior project for Clayton’s door plant in winter of 2019, we were asked to tackle the majority of the building’s exterior in late fall of 2020. Brick, service doors, safety railings, gutters and downspouts were all painted to clean up the exterior and give this property an immediate face lift.
Our Job Site Supervisor and his crew started to clean and prep this project on October 28th. Given the temperature limitations on some of our products, we had to plan our days carefully as the winter weather started closing in on us. Utilizing aerial lifts and commercial spraying equipment our team was able to knock this project out in just under 3 weeks.
It was easy decision for me because you had already completed the interior job for the door plant, and it looked to be a good job. The pricing was competitive, and you all have a very good system for providing quotes and scope of work including pictures to minimize any confusion.
