CertaPro Painters® Crew of the Year Award 2014

Fabio Da Silva, owner of CertaPro Painters® of Downingtown, PA was awarded the Crew of the Year Award by CertaPro Painters® in 2014. CertaPro Crew of the Year Award Chris Drucquer, owner of CertaPro Painters® of the Main Line, presented Da Silva with the award and placed him on his personal “Top Ten People I Look Up To” list.
In 2014, Da Silva achieved a Net Promoter Score of 96 and generated $450,000 in revenue with his painting crew. More importantly, he prides himself on serving his customers with exceptional service.

Speaker 1: Okay. so now we’d like to announce the JSS for the Crew of the Year. And the winner of the JSS of the Crew of the Year is again Fabio Silva. Come on up. Chris Drucquer, can you please come on up to say a few words about Fabio? Chris Drucquer.
Chris: I just want to say a couple words about Fabio. By the way are there bets on whether I’m gonna get emotional or not? Because I wouldn’t bet against it. This is rather special for me. Fabio I’ve known and I consider him a friend for 13 years. More than anything, he just lives our values day in, day out and always. He’s a throwback. I mean we’ve been talking about NPS and extraordinary experiences for 5 or 6 years, Fabio has been living it for 13 years. Just to give you 2 quick numbers, his NPS score this year, this is not a typo, 96. And with between 1 and 2 crew members he completed over $450,000. And I just like to say one more thing which is I’ve known Fabio for a long time, if I were to make a list of 10 or 15 people that I look up to and respect, Fabio is on that list.
