Special Challenges:

Due to the unique challenges, a scissor lift was used as well as the special technique of caulking expansion type joints with backer rod between windows & brick. We had limited accessibility to the courtyard on the property. The fence could not be removed. This gave us only 36″ of clearance using a gate to get equipment through. We had to use a special atrium lift To access this area. The lift is only 32 inches wide when transporting, but still gives you 66 feet of reach allowing us to still reach the top floor of the apartment building.

The property also sites along the Great Miami River and the Fountain of Lights at Riverscape Metropark. The fountains are one of the largest fountains in the world. he series of five fountains standing about 60 feet each shoot water over 200 feet high and over 400 feet across – an amazing spectacle seen miles away. The fountain spires shine with intelligent colorful lights at night. More than 2,500 gallons of water per minute create this stunning site. This project had to be completed before the fountains were turned on during Memorial Day weekend. After the fountains are turned on the courtyard gets wet during.
