Farmhouse Restoration in Springfield, OH
CertaPro Painters of Dayton completed a dramatic restoration of this older farmhouse in Springfield, OH. The condition of the home posed some challenges as the original paint had severely weathered in areas. In addition, trim and boards and soffits exhibited damage and required carpentry work by the Experts at CertaPro Painters of Dayton.

Special Challenges:
The original paint had not aged well and was cracking and peeling in large sections. In addition, the home’s soffits and trim boards showed excessive damage from age and weathering. The CertaPro team needed to repair sections of the trim as well as fascia for proper paint adherence. The whole house needed to be scraped, cleaned, power washed and properly prepared in advance of painting.

No special equipment was needed for the completion of this project.
They did a really good job especially on the trim and caulking it. This is the second house in the past year we’ve had CertaPro Painters of Dayton paint for us. Highly recommended!
