Before joining CertaPro Painters® of Dayton, Paige Allen worked in the human resources field for a company of 500+ employees. In her current role, as Residential Office Associate, she works with our residential team, crews, and customers from project planning to completion. One of her favorite things about working for CertaPro Painters® of Dayton is the company culture, how welcoming everyone is, and the family-like atmosphere.
Paige is a mom of three boys (ages 17, 11, 8) and has been married for 17 years. After being out of school for 12 years, she decided to go to college and attended Sinclair Community College where she received an associate’s degree in Computer Science and Business Management. Then Paige went to SNHU where she got her Bachelors in Business Management and Human Resources, graduated on the Dean’s list, and was a proud member of their National Honor Society. Paige thrives in learning environments and likes to see how far she can push herself and continue to grow.

What are your top three life highlights?
Marriage, kids, and graduating from college.
What are your favorite foods?
Indian food and tacos are my favorite foods.
When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?
I love spending time with my kids and my husband, randomly singing for people.
What have you always wanted to try, but never have?
Skydiving.
What would you most like to tell your younger self?
It’s ok to make a mistake, go easy on yourself, and don’t rush to become an adult.
