Cynthia Schneider got her start in Real Estate in 2006, starting in the appraisal space and expanding from there. Actively strategizing with clients, lenders and hedgefunds through the market crash of 2008. She developed a passion for strategic active and passive investing. Her career has been focused on the passive space, finding emerging and re-emerging markets that focus on high returns. Moving in to the supportive space of Real Estate, allows her to still keep the ROI mind set of her past and future clients and create lasting partnerships.
Cynthia’s role at CertaPro Painters®, Director of Business Development, allows her to build lasting relationships with her clients by creating a solution to their needs. Coming from the investment space to CertaPro Painters®, Cynthia now operates in a supportive industry and enjoys seeing both sides of the coin. When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?
When not working, I am spending time with my husband and 5 beautiful children. We enjoy hiking, concerts, and traveling.
Share three things people don’t know about you.
One of my true passions in life is cooking, I have even prepared meals for a few celebrities over my life. I race centuries, which are 100 mile bike races, my favorite ride is the bridges from Key Largo to Key West. Going to concerts is one of my favorite things to do, especially destination concerts.
If you had a time machine, where would you go?
Ancient Greece; all of my children have mythology- based names, as it’s been a fascination of mine.
If you could meet anyone alive or dead in the world, who would it be and why?
Frank Sinatra; he holds such a special place in my heart. I have listened to him every day since I was a kid in some capacity.
