What You’ll Do
As a Residential Sales Associate, you will own the entire sales cycle—from first consultation through project completion—while delivering a premium, professional experience every step of the way.
Core Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality in-home and remote sales consultations
Diagnose customer needs and present customized, value-based proposals
Manage a strong appointment calendar, including evenings and weekends
Consistently hit or exceed sales and close-rate targets
Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Communicate clearly and proactively with customers throughout the job lifecycle
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and follow-up in the CRM
Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are executed to standard
Represent the CertaPro brand in the local market through signage, events, and referrals
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews

What We’re Looking For
Required
Proven sales or consultative customer-facing experience
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
High personal accountability and organization
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Preferred
In-home sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or similar)
Track record of exceeding sales goals or earning promotions
Associate degree or higher
Experience working within a CRM-driven sales environment

Compensation & Rewards
This is a performance-based opportunity designed for sales professionals who want to be paid for results.
Competitive base salary plus commission
Typical annual earnings: $43,000 – $64,000+ (top performers trend higher)
