Our Residential Painting Process

Tentative Start Date
You will be contacted by phone and/or email with an introduction to your project and a tentative schedule for exterior jobs and a hard start date for interior jobs. We will also be available to answer any questions you might have. (Pending weather for exterior)
Hard Start Date
We will contact you with a hard start date for your exterior project and confirm your start date for an interior project. (Pending weather for exterior)
Pre-Production Walkthrough
Your Job site supervisor (JSS) will walk the project with you to review your project and confirm scope of work at start date.
Production Begins
Prep work and painting starts on your project. You will receive daily updates with progress and expectations for the following day. Eventually, you will receive a tentative completion date and get a final walkthrough scheduled with the JSS.
Final Walkthrough
The job site supervisor will perform a final walkthrough of your project with you. This is done to confirm customer satisfaction, and that scope of work is met. You will sign off on the job and the JSS requests final payment.
Job Closing
We will confirm the final payment is received and you will receive a request for a customer survey.
