Description of Project: This home was a gray color with white accents and the homeowners wanted to give the house a refresh and new look.

Project Involvement: The project involved prep and exterior painting.

The prep work involved scraping and sanding any loose or peeling paint, caulking any previously caulked areas and then pressure washing the home to remove any dirt, debris, and mildew.

Once prep work was complete, the exterior painting began.

The soffits, fascias, wood window frames, vents and any other previously painted wood trim needed two coats of the satin finish color.

The entire siding was painted with two coats of the satin finish color.

Special Techniques: There were no special techniques or equipment needed for this project.
